Reschedule and Refund

The rescheduling of classes is possible once per order. In order to reschedule, you must:

1. Notify Soulful Gen at info@soulfulgen.com within 72-hours of your class start time; notification less than 72-hours is not valid and results in loss of the class.
2. Rescheduled class must occur within a mutually agreed date and ideally be rescheduled during the next week of cancellation; rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to and arranged with Soulful Gen.
3. No refund will be catered.
